Selonda Sea Bream Fillets with Olive Paste, Spinach and Rucola Leaves

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 SELONDA Sea Bream Fillets
  • 8 spoons of olive paste
  • 2 chinese onions
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • spinach
  • rucola leaves
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine

EXECUTION

  1. Place the Sea Bream fillets, with the skin facing up, on an oiled baking pan.
  2. Spread the olive paste onto the skin of the Sea Bream fillets.
  3. Dice the chinese onions and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the chinese onions, cherry tomatoes, spinach and rucola leaves.
  5. Pour the white wine into the frying pan.
  6. Pour the sauteed vegetables onto the Sea Bream fillets.
  7. Bake the Sea Bream fillets for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius in a pre-heated oven.
  8. Serve immediately.
