Selonda Sea Bream received a Superior Taste Award 2020 with 3 stars, the highest score, from the International Taste Institute (ITI) in Brussels.

This is the second time that Selonda Sea Bream has been recognized for its extraordinary taste and quality after receiving the same Superior Taste Award in 2017.

In May 2020, Selonda Sea Bream participated in the blind taste test carried out by the International Taste Institute with a jury panel consisting of over 200 chefs and connoisseurs. Internationally renowned and acclaimed chefs from over 20 countries evaluated the products objectively, without knowing the brand name, the producer or the country of orign, in regards to their organaleptic qualities. After evaluating criteria such as first impression, look, smell, taste and texture, the jury panel gave Selonda Sea Bream a total score of over 90%.

In 2017 Selonda Sea Bream was the first and only Greek Sea Bream to receive a Superior Taste Award with the highest score, and continues to be the only one until today.
